Truckee police logs, week of June 17-23

TRUCKEE, Calif. and#8212; The following are Truckee Police reports from the week of June 17 to June 23.

June 17

At 12:30 p.m. on Palisades Drive police responded to a two-vehicle, non-injury collision.



At 3:20 p.m. at the Prosser Pits police responded to an injury from an off-road motorcycle collision.

At 11:15 p.m. on Bridge Street police arrested a person for alleged public intoxication.



June 18

At 1 p .m. on Donner Pass Road a person reported damage done to his vehicle allegedly caused by an unknown person while it was parked.

June 19

At 10 a.m. on East River Street police received reports of vandalism on commercial vehicles.

At 6:10 p.m. on Brockway Road a person faxed in a counter report form to report a property damage only vehicle accident that occurred days prior.

At 11:10 p.m. on Bridge Street police located a subject allegedly staggering down the shoulder of the road. Police arrested the subject for allegedly being intoxicated in public.

At 11:30 p.m. on Northwoods Boulevard an unknown subject allegedly tried to pry open a window into a condominium, then through a rock at the window, shattering the outside pane. The investigation is ongoing.

June 20

At 1:25 a.m. on Ponderosa Drive police stopped a vehicle for code violations and arrested the driver for allegedly driving under the influence and without a license.

At 9:30 a.m. on Deerfield Drive a husband reported his wife missing after a minor verbal argument on the freeway. Police located the wife safe and sound.

At 10:25 p.m. on Donner Pass Road a traffic stop investigation resulted in the driver being arrested for allegedly driving under the influence of a CNS stimulant.

June 21

At midnight on Donner Trail a resident adjacent to a public park with baseball fields reported damage to a second story window and a lighting fixture.

At 6:40 a.m. on Interstate 80 a person seen operating a motor vehicle in an allegedly reckless manner was stopped and cited for allegedly not having a driverand#8217;s license. The vehicle was impounded for 30 days.

At 7:45 p.m. on Brockway Road a person reported allegedly being verbally harassed prior to having his skateboard taken and being assaulted by a known subject.

June 22

At 7 p.m. on Estates Drive a cohabitating boyfriend and girlfriend allegedly got into a verbal argument during which the boyfriend allegedly pulled the girlfriendand#8217;s hair and pushed her to the ground. He then allegedly took her cell phone and left the apartment.

June 23

At 4:25 a.m. on Northwoods Boulevard a person reported a vehicle collision. Police determined the driver of the vehicle had allegedly been driving under the influence of alcohol, and arrested the driver.

At 11:30 a.m. on Estates Drive a person returned to his apartment after being in a domestic dispute with his girlfriend. Police arrested the subject on an outstanding no-bail probation warrant out of San Mateo County.

At 2:50 p.m. on Samuel Road police found a subject alongside the road after being reported as allegedly staggering into traffic. Police arrested the subject for being drunk in public.

At 4:45 p.m. on Martis Valley Road a person reported that in an argument with his wife she allegedly pushed him.

At 7:45 p.m. on Brockway Road a person located by police was arrested for a juvenile felony warrant out of Nevada County.
