Truckee police reports for week of April 29-May 4

TRUCKEE, Calif. and#8212; The following are Truckee Police reports from the week of April 29 to May 4.

April 29

At 1:30 p.m. on Donner Pass Road a gasoline pump nozzle was damaged when a customer forgot to remove it from the tank.

April 30

At 5:55 p.m. on Donner Pass Road police stopped a person and found them to allegedly be in possession of methamphetamine. Police arrested the subject.

At 7:40 p.m. on Deerfield Drive juveniles allegedly stole a bottle of alcohol from a store, and ran when chased by employees, fleeing in a vehicle.

At 10:05 p.m. on Donner Pass Road police contacted and cited a subject with a misdemeanor warrant.

May 1

At 1:50 a.m. on West River Street police responded to a report of a fight with shots fired in the Donner Creek Mobile Home Park. Police detained and interviewed numerous involved parties and witnesses, and determined no one suffered gunshot wounds. However, three people suffered minor knife wounds. The investigation is ongoing.

At 9:35 a.m. on Northwoods Boulevard an ex-boyfriend and girlfriend allegedly got into a verbal argument over the girlfriend being evicted from the residence. The boyfriend allegedly tried leaving the house and backed into the girlfriend’s car on accident.

At 1:35 p.m. on Northwoods Boulevard police stopped a person for allegedly riding a motorcycle without a helmet. Police found his license to be suspended and an out-of-county warrant. Police cited and released the subject.

At 7 p.m. on River View Drive police responded to a traffic collision.

At 11:25 p.m. on Star Pine Road police responded to an unknown 911 call at a residence. Upon arrival officers heard arguing inside. After interviews with the subjects, police arrested the female for alleged domestic violence.

May 2

At 2:45 a.m. on Donner Pass Road a person who was allegedly the victim in a domestic violence case that resulted in arrest was allegedly intoxicated and told not to drive by police. That person drove down to the jail to pick up the person arrested in the domestic violence case, and was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence.

At 8:15 p.m. on Olympic Drive police responded to an alleged physical fight. During the investigation police discovered a female allegedly involved had an active felony warrant, and arrested her.

May 3

At 9 a.m. on Donner Pass Road police responded to a couple in a verbal argument. One person left prior to officer arrival and was later contacted. All parties were advised of their options.

At 9:40 a.m. on Alder Drive an unknown person took another person’s property without permission or consent.

May 4

At 4 p.m. on Jeffery Pine Road police found a person to allegedly be in violence of a domestic violence restraining order. The person was arrested.
