Truckee police reports log, July 15-20
At 6 p.m. on Waters Way a 16-year-old was allegedly involved in a physical fight with her mother. The juvenile was cited for battery and vandalism.
At 7:30 p.m. on Estates Drive someone allegedly cut a security chain and removed a child’s bicycle.
At 8 p.m. on River Street a person reported their vehicle was allegedly stolen. Before the police could take a report the vehicle was brought back, the reporting party did not want to pursue any action, but the subject was found to have a warrant, so officers located and arrested the subject.
At 9 p.m. on Deerfield Drive a person allegedly removed a purse from a shopping cart.
At 9:20 p.m. on Palisades Road a vehicle was stopped for code violations, and the driver was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence.
At 9 p.m. on Village Way a juvenile was reported missing and subsequently located.
At 9 a.m. on Royal Way a person reported a known subject had allegedly entered their residence and tried to take medication.
At midnight on Brockway Road a person with an active warrant was spotted by an officer. The officer arrested the subject.
At 7 a.m. on South Shore Drive a person reported a 17-foot boat had sunk in Donner Lake. The boat was recovered without incident.
At 9:10 a.m. on Skislope Way police arrested a subject for an outstanding felony warrant.
At 7:30 p.m. on Glenshire Drive a person allegedly gained entry into a pool office and removed $175 in property.
At 8:15 a.m. on Donner Lake Road a vehicle was allegedly parked blocking the roadway and towed.
At 3:30 p.m. on South Shore Drive officers responded to a bicycle versus vehicle accident. The bicyclist suffered road rash and several lacerations. The bicycle was destroyed. The vehicle suffered minor damage.
At 5 p.m. on Glenshire Drive an unknown person spray painted a sign, outbuilding, and the Glenshire bridge.
At 3:40 p.m. on Donner Pass Road two vehicles were involved in a property damage only collision.
At 1 p.m.. on Donner Pass Road a person’s wallet was allegedly stolen and her debit card used.
At 7 p.m. on Palisades Drive police spotted a vehicle allegedly driving about 60 mph a 30 mph section of road. The driver was allegedly unlicensed.
At midnight on St. Bernard a person allegedly used another person’s identity in an attempt to change the address of a credit card.
At 2:15 p.m. at the Glenshire Bridge a juvenile was cited for grand theft for allegedly stealing a bicycle. Four other juveniles were cited for conspiracy to commit grand theft.
At 7:25 p.m. on Palisades Drive police stopped a vehicle for code violations and found the driver allegedly was unlicensed.
At 8 p.m. on Donner Pass Road a person was reported missing by his wife. The person’s family allegedly made threats toward the wife, believing she had something to do with the disappearance.
