The Agate Bay Animal Hospital will be providing pay what you canDHLPPC and Rabies vaccinations for local dogs whose owners could nototherwise afford preventative veterinary vaccines Saturday, April 25, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. This outreach program is for apparently healthy dogs. The Tahoe Forest Hospital Auxiliary is looking for volunteers to assist in running the Gift Tree, doing secretarial work in Human Resources and other business areas as well as working at the Main Information Desk in the late afternoons and early evenings. The Child Care Center is looking for adult volunteers to cuddle in the infant room, assist teachers with projects and to assist students with homework after school.
