Truckee-Tahoe weather: Windy weekend, showers possible Sunday
Except for a chance of showers on Sunday, it’ll be sunny into next week, the National Weather Service said.
Today’s high will hit 82. Winds will be 5 to 10 mph today and tonight, with 20 mph gusts possible during the day. Lows will drop to 50.
Saturday’s high will reach 77. Winds will be 5 to 10 mph, growing to 10 to 15 mph, with 25 mph gusts possible day and night. Lows will settle around 49.
There’s a 30% chance of showers and thunderstorms after 11 a.m. Sunday. Highs will get to 63. Winds will reach 15 to 25 mph that day, with 40 mph gusts possible that day and night. Lows will bottom out around 35.
Highs will reach 64 on Monday, 70 on Tuesday, 79 on Wednesday, and 76 on Thursday.
