Truckee weather: Haze Tuesday, highs in the 70s this week
Haze is expected Tuesday, though the rest of the week should be sunny, the National Weather Service said.
Today’s high will hit 69. Lows will drop to 36 tonight.
Haze will appear after 11 a.m. Tuesday. Highs will climb to 78, with 5 to 10 mph winds that afternoon and evening. Lows will land at 42 that night.
Wednesday’s highs will reach 74, with lows dipping to 40. Winds will be 10 to 15 mph both afternoon and evening. Wednesday is the autumnal equinox.
Thursday’s high will hit 74, and Friday’s will top out at 78. Lows will settle in the lower 40s both nights.
Expect Saturday’s highs to reach 76, and Sunday’s to make it to 73.
