TAHOE-TRUCKEE, Calif. — Chase International recently recognized its top agents of 2015, with Jack Coté of Chase’s Reno office honored as agent of the year in the Reno/Carson Valley area.

Alison Elder of the Truckee office was named agent of the year for the Lake Tahoe area for the fifth consecutive year.

Chad Kendall was named rookie of the year and JoAnn Corriera was referral agent of the year. Both worked out of the Reno office. Also recognized from the Reno office were Michelle and Mike Sturge for number of listings taken, and Tina and Terry Ross for most volume sold.

Jeremy Jacobsen, of the Truckee office, earned the title of rookie of the year for the Tahoe area, and Paul Windt of the Zeyphr Cove office was named referral agent of the year.

“It is a true privilege to work with all of our award-winning agents,” said Craig King, Chase International chief operating officer. “They have reset the bar in today’s competitive real estate marketplace by being hard workers, strong leaders and innovators. Their success is contagious.”

Honored with Chase’s Heart Centered Hero Award were Michelle Sturge, Doug Rosner, and Megan Warren for their contributions and dedication to their communities. Sturge works on the annual Tuna Drive for the Food Bank of Northern Nevada while Rosner is a staunch supporter of South Lake Tahoe’s H.E.R.O Scholarship Fund.

Warren is active with many charities and outreach programs in the North Tahoe area, including Project MANA, LUNA Chix, BEAR League and Lake Tahoe Wildlife Center.
