Two Truckee men arrested on suspicion of selling cocaine
TRUCKEE, Calif. and#8212; Two local residents were arrested Tuesday and face felony charges after authorities seized a half-pound of cocaine and $10,000 in cash from a downtown residence, police said Thursday.
According to a Truckee Police Department press release, the departmentand#8217;s Investigations Division arrested Conrado Rodriguea-Quintero and Salvador Ruvalcaba-Munoz, both of Truckee, following a four-month investigation.
The cocaine was packaged for distribution when it was seized, police said.
and#8220;The cocaine was located in an area of the residence that was accessible to children living at the residence,and#8221; police said.
Rodriguea-Quintero was arrested on suspicion of possession of narcotics, sales of cocaine, criminal conspiracy and child endangerment. Ruvalcaba-Munoz was arrested on suspicion of sales of cocaine and criminal conspiracy.
Both suspects were taken into custody without incident and booked into the Nevada County Jail for prosecution.
