Vocal classes coming to Incline rec center

INCLINE VILLAGE, Nev. — The Incline Village Recreation Center will be offering vocal classes for kindergarten through high school students beginning Sunday, April 17, through May 29.

The classes will be taught by Incline resident Brad Perry, who is currently a lyric tenor with the Toccata-Tahoe Symphony Orchestra and Chorus, and a vocal/piano/guitar instructor.

Classes include “Special Chorus” for K-5 students, “Glee!” for 6-8 grades and “Pitch Perfect” for 9-12 grade students.

The sessions will take place in the Incline Village Recreation Center Group Fitness Room located at 980 Incline Way. The fee structure for the seven session course is $105 or $84 w/IVGID Pass or Rec Center Membership. A detailed description or each program can be found on yourtahoeplace.com.

About the Instructor: Perry enjoys a busy performance schedule through Tahoe Music Professionals and is involved in many nonprofit and business groups in the Tahoe area including Rotary, Incline Community Business Association, North Tahoe Chamber/CVB/Resort Association, Red, White & Tahoe Blue, Cornerstone Community Church and more.

Perry’s résumé also includes Executive Director of the Coeur d’Alene Music festival, Music Director for the Spokane Children’s Theater, Spokane Civic Theater, Modern Theater, Lake City Playhouse and Coeur d’Alene High School’s Drama Productions, directing more than 200 productions.
