TAHOE/TRUCKEE, Calif. — Yoga Studio Tahoe, located in Truckee at the Pioneer Commerce Center, is offering an “august” deal: Attend any 7:30 a.m., 5:30 p.m., or 6:30 p.m. yoga classes in August for a $5 drop-in fee.
Yoga Studio Tahoe is also offers a free 4:30 p.m. flow class every Truckee Thursday through August with rockin’ music in a grassy courtyard behind the California 89 retail store in downtown Truckee.
Yoga Studio Tahoe provides a unique yoga environment full of positive energy, love and devotion, and a vibe that will touch your soul.
The heated room gently warms your muscles for ease in stretching while you work up a body cleansing sweat, leaving you glowing. Recently childcare has become available for participants.
Yoga Studio Tahoe Founder/director Shaelah Morris, who has studied yoga with the world’s greatest teachers since 2000, also has the distinction of being the only Truckee-Tahoe yogi who has taught for the past five consecutive years at the Wanderlust Festival. In addition to teaching her own transformational Bhakti style classes at the studio, Morris has hand selected a knowledgeable staff of teachers with a variety of yoga practice styles. Morris will also lead a 200-hour yoga teacher training this coming November.
