Woman accused of arson pleas not guilty

TRUCKEE and#8212; A local woman accused of arson pled not guilty Monday morning.

Dr. Erinn Tamney Randall, 38, has been charged with two counts of arson, one for her Glenshire home and the other for her downtown chiropractic office in the first week of June. Another one of Randalland#8217;s businesses was burned the same week in Loyalton.

and#8220;She was arraigned and not guilty pleas were entered,and#8221; said Deputy District Attorney Bill Cornell.



The investigation included Truckee Police, Truckee Fire Protection District, CalFire, and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, said Truckee Police Lt. Randy Fenn in a previous interview, and investigators were immediately suspicious of arson.

and#8220;I have my local reports but Iand#8217;m waiting on some reports to come from ATF,and#8221; Cornell said.
