GRAEGLE, Calif. – Trails Within, a yoga and wellness center, will host a weekend yoga workshop taught by certified Anusara Instructors, Ashleigh Sergeant and Siri Peterson, Oct. 13-14 Graeagle, Calif.Have you ever taken a hot yoga class and thought you were going to die or kill someone? Begin to understand your unique, individual constitution and how it relates to and informs your yoga practice. Doshas, Diet & Daily Regimens, 1-3:30 p.m., $35. Building on the previous asana practice through lecture, discussion and interactive practices, learn to identify common imbalances in the mind and body. With this new awareness you will be empowered to create lifestyle choices that suit your individual body. Sunday, Oct. 14, Yoga as Medicine, 2-4:30 p.m., $35. Explore specific asana sequences that address particular ailments and imbalances. Understand how your attitudinal approach and alignment choices can prevent disease and enhance longevity.Cost for all three workshop sessions is $90.
