TRUCKEE, Calif. and#8212; Truckee High School drama club invites you to save the dates for this yearand#8217;s spring musical, Disneyand#8217;s and#8220;Beauty and the Beast.and#8221; Come and be enchanted by this timeless classic based on the 1991 Disney film. Also a smash hit on Broadway and the seventh longest running production in history. Directed by Peggy Boelk, Musical Director Jan Sturtevant, and Choreographed by InnerRythms this production promises astonishing sets, lavish costumes and incredible musical numbers. Bring the family to visit Belleand#8217;s enchanted world including the Beast, Gaston, Mrs. Potts and all the rest. The cast and crew are working hard on making this one of the best spring musicals ever and tickets are sure to sell out.

2 p.m. matinees May 8 (Motherand#8217;s Day) and May 15
Where: Truckee High School Auditorium, Truckee
Cost: $12 adults; $8 children
Tickets will go on sale April 2 at the Community Recreation Center located at 8924 Donner Pass Road in Truckee.
