Billand#8217;s Rotisserie is owned and operated by co-owners Bill Fox and Sergio Rubio. Rubio is also top cook and kitchen manager with more than 20 years of restaurant experience.

Billand#8217;s Rotisserie offers great-tasting food cooked on a large rotisserie purchased new from Mesquite, Texas at an affordable price. Chicken, tri-tip steak and pork is cooked on the rotisserie then made into combo plates that include your choice of sides such as black beans, Spanish rice and cucumber salad.

Check out the burritos, tacos, tostadas, quesadillas and sandwiches. Almost everything can be made in vegetarian style for those who donand#8217;t eat meat. Billand#8217;s food always comes with your choice of homemade salsa on the side: mild-pico de gallo, medium-green or hot-habanero.

Billand#8217;s Rotisserie is located in the Deerfield Shopping Center at 11355 Deerfield Drive, Truckee. The restaurant is where the previous Burger King and Cheese Steak were located (across from Save Mart Market).

The owners did an extensive remodel with a completely new state-of-the-art kitchen and a dining area with flat screen TVs, new tables and chairs, and a serve yourself soda bar (beer and wine soon to come).

In a hurry? Billand#8217;s drive-through window makes quick and easy ordering for pickup of food. Drive up and grab a meal not offered at typical fast food restaurants.

Billand#8217;s Rotisserie is currently open and serving delicious, healthy, affordable food with a friendly atmosphere.

Also for people on the go, looking for nutritious alternative for lunch and dinner. Drive up or dine in at Billand#8217;s Rotisserie. Call ahead at 582-5652.
