KINGS BEACH, Calif. – Christmas came early this year for 30 Club members. On Dec. 7, Club members were paired with a Washoe County Sheriff at the Damonte Ranch Walmart in Reno. Each child received a $200 shopping spree and a picture with Santa. Club members bought warm clothes, toys, bikes, and gifts for their families. The children also received a $50 gift card to take home to their parents. This is the third year the Club has participated in Shop with a Sheriff giving over 100 Club members the opportunity to participate in this incredible event. Thanks to the Washoe County Sheriffs for making this possible and putting huge smiles on the faces of Club kids.

• Confidence• A safe and fun place for youths• Adults who will listen and care• Hope and opportunity• A chance at a great future
