Construction law seminar in Truckee with Shanely and Porter
TRUCKEE, Calif. and#8212; On Thursday, April 21, 6 p.m. local attorneys Greg Shanley and Jim Porter will present a construction law seminar in the Truckee Donner P.U.D Board Room, 11570 Donner Pass Road. and#8220;Itand#8217;s free and if nothing else, weand#8217;ll give them their monies worth,and#8221; Porter said.
This seminar is designed for contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and owners. Questions and answers follow the two-hour program. The topics include liens, contracts and all things construction plus tips on foreclosures and surviving in todayand#8217;s economy. Special features: Mechanicand#8217;s lien form with mandatory brand new notice. The seminar is a public service of the Tahoe Truckee Bar Association and the Contractors Association of Truckee Tahoe. Donations go to the Bar Associationand#8217;s Scholarship Program.
