Cops, coffee and donuts event to introduce the new Tahoe City station commander

TAHOE CITY, Calif. and#8212; The Placer County Sheriffand#8217;s Office is hosting a and#8220;Cops, Coffee and Donutsand#8221; event Wednesday, Nov. 17, 5-7 p.m. at the Placer County Superior Court, 2501 N. Lake Tahoe Blvd., Tahoe City. Residents and business owners are invited and encouraged to meet the new station commander, Capt. Jeff Ausnow, and Lt. John Weaver, newly promoted Tahoe station lieutenant. Cops and Coffee will give citizens an opportunity to ask questions or just visit with their local law enforcement agency.
