The American Cancer Society Relay For Life unites communities across the country each year to celebrate the lives of those who have battled cancer, remember loved ones lost, and fight back against a disease that takes too much. The 24-hour Truckee Relay for Life at the Truckee High Track and Field begins at 9 a.m. July 17 and ends Sunday, July 18 at 9 a.m. The Survivors Lap occurs July 17 at 9:30 a.m., the Luminaria Ceremony July 17 at 9 p.m. and Fight Back closing ceremonies at 8:30 a.m. Sunday, July 18.
