Endless summer weekend of healing and play with Shaelah Morris

SIERRAVILLE, Calif. and#8212; A time of yearly reflection, the summer solstice calls one to harness internal positive creative forces and set blissful intentions for the rest of the year. Surrounded by the clarifying forces of nature in the Sierra Nevada, experienced yoga teacher Shaelah Morris, owner of Studio Tahoe in Truckee will ask us to raise our vibration and seek a heightened level of awareness as we harness our loving nature through movement. Shaelah will lead a three-day Sierra Hot Springs yoga retreat June 22-24. Enjoy four Bhakti style yoga classes, soak in healing hot springs, eat healthy and delicious organic food, hike, read a book and relax.

Organized by Sol Yoga, a company leading adventurous, spiritually conscious trips throughout the world to help people explore and expand their loving consciousness and heal mind, body and soul. This trip will be filmed by Travel Channel International. The segment featured on a new series called Soul Seekers, documenting spiritual travel.
