Faith Factor: 20th Annual Harvest Party to support child evangelism fellowship
TAHOE, Calif. and#8212; The Harvest Party is a fun-filled event for community children. There will be carnival games, face-painting, raffle prizes for children, door prizes, and food offered for sale from MOFOand#8217;s Pizza, Tand#8217;s Rotisserie and Susie Scoops, at the Village Church, 736 McCourry Blvd., Incline Village, Saturday Oct. 29, 5-7 p.m. There will be a $4 charge at the door for unlimited carnival games.-
All proceeds will go toward Child Evangelism Fellowship in Lake Tahoe. Barbara Brown is the Lake Tahoe CEF Representative and has been offering after-school Good News Clubs, summer five-day clubs, seasonal party clubs, and teacher training workshops for more than 20 years. Thousands of children have attended these programs and their lives have been positively changed by learning about Jesus Christ and Biblical principles for living. The Harvest Party is Lake Tahoe Child Evangelism Fellowshipand#8217;s only fund-raiser of the year. Proceeds support salary expense, office supplies, curriculum, visuals, snacks and prizes for all free events.

Presently there is a Good News Club held after school at the Incline Elementary School, Thursdays, 3-4:30 p.m. in the library. More Good News Clubs to start in November at Kings Beach Elementary School and in South Lake Tahoe. For more information contact Barbara Brown at 775-351-9650.
