Family services offered on West Shore: Open House to celebrate at Rideout Community Center

TAHOE/TRUCKEE, Calif. and#8212;-This year the North Tahoe Family Resource Center and Tahoe SAFE Alliance, formerly Tahoe Womenand#8217;s Services, will be the signature beneficiaries for the Rotary Club of Tahoe City 29th Annual Benefit Auction Dinner. Both organizations have joined forces to provide services to community members on the Tahoe City and west shores communities at the Rideout Community Center in Tahoe City. This collaboration will offer services such as financial counseling, job and housing assistance, parent and community enrichment, nutrition classes, life skills, legal advocacy, domestic violence education, peer counseling, emergency shelter, resource referrals and many more that will all be offered at the Rideout Community Center, 740 Timberland Lane, Tahoe City.

In celebration of this new venture in Tahoe City, the North Tahoe Family Resource Center and Tahoe SAFE Alliance staff will be hosting an Open House on Friday, Aug. 5 to welcome the public to their new site.
