Fleming Jenkins Vineyard and Winery to bring Olympic spirit to Resort at Squaw Creek

Olympic gold medalist Peggy Fleming returns to Resort at Squaw Creek for two exceptional events on Jan. 15, during Squaw Valley USAandamp;#8217;s Olympic Heritage Celebration to take place Jan. 8-17.In addition to being a legendary Olympian and top figure skating commentator, Fleming owns the award-winning Fleming Jenkins Vineyard andamp; Winery with her husband, Dr. Greg Jenkins, who is the companyandamp;#8217;s winemaker.On Jan. 15, a andamp;#8220;skate and tasteandamp;#8221; event for $20 per person will showcase a few of the wineryandamp;#8217;s creations and allow guests the rare opportunity to skate with Peggy Fleming on Resort at Squaw Creekandamp;#8217;s ice rink.Later that evening, a winemakerandamp;#8217;s dinner in the resortandamp;#8217;s signature restaurant, Six Peaks Grille, featuring the culinary work of Chef de Cuisine Chad Shrewsbury, will pair several of Fleming Jenkins Vineyard andamp; Winery vintages with gourmet dishes.
