Food for Thought Tamale Dinner in Kings Beach

KINGS BEACH, Calif. andamp;#8212; Join Adventure Risk Challenge as we celebrate the voices of local youth at our third annual Food for Thought Tamale Dinner on Saturday, March 12, from 6 to 10 p.m. at the Boys andamp; Girls Club of North Tahoe, 8125 Steelhead Ave., Kings Beach. You wonandamp;#8217;t want to miss this bilingual, cultural, and community event featuring homemade tamales and digital stories created by local high school youth. Win fabulous prizes if you find one of three golden tickets stashed in the tamales. Also, a showcase this yearandamp;#8217;s digital stories, created by North Tahoe and Truckee High students who have been deeply exploring ARCandamp;#8217;s four core values of integrity, compassion, service, and determination in relation to their personal lives and their community.
