The SITD Wine & Restaurant Faire is an evening filled with leading wines from across California as well as a diverse offering of culinary favorites to inspire the ultimate experience. Contact Sandy Horn at 530-414-0449.West Shore cocktail contestThe West Shore Caf is pleased to announce their second annual cocktail contest where participants are challenged to submit and help select the best recipe for the West Shore Caf’s new signature Moonlight Mojito cocktail. Recipe submissions for the cocktail contest are now live on the WestShoreCafe.com/mojito website where participants are welcome to submit their favorite mojito recipes for consideration until Tuesday, June 5. The top 10 recipe submissions will be tasted, sipped, and scrutinized by attendees at the cocktail contest held at the West Shore Caf. Guests will purchase a voting and drink ticket ballot which will allow them to cast their vote for their favorite mojito entry. The winning recipe will be declared the West Shore Caf & Inn’s signature summer mojito, or the “Moonlight Mojito.” In addition to bragging rights, the Moonlight Mojito Cocktail Contest winner will receive a 2012/2013 season pass to Homewood Mountain Resort, as well as a two-night stay and $100 dining credit at the West Shore Caf & Inn.
