Free Pertussis vaccination clinic in Truckee

Tahoe Truckee Unified School District Superintendent Jennings has an important message about your studentand#8217;s health. As you are probably aware, there have been several confirmed, and many other probable cases of Pertussis, or Whooping Cough, in our community.

The Public Health Department is hosting a free Pertussis vaccination clinic on Tuesday, Sept. 14, 2010, 3-6 p.m., at the School District Office, in the Sierra Mountain building, 11603 Donner Pass Road.

Anyone under the age of 18 must bring their immunization record and have a parent or guardian present to sign the consent form.
