The Teen Center provides a place for high school teens to andamp;#8220;hang outandamp;#8221; and play pool, foosball, air hockey, listen to music and talk. The desired result is teens will enjoy having a place to be with each other where substance abuse is not part of the scene. For more information or volunteer opportunities, please call Rachel Falk, FNL advisor at 530-582-2601, ext. 3157.
