I have an existential map. It has You are here written all over it. Steven WrightAs of today, you have the final set of lists for 2007 Holiday Gift Giving. Todays books give you the opportunity to explore the world and its inhabitants inside and out. And they include the big picture and the behind the scenes, the impressions, the secrets, the repercussions, the outcomes, the analysis and in some cases the what might be.I also am recommending some books for book groups, and we have many here in the Tahoe Basin. Many book groups choose the books that they read during the year at the beginning of the year. So here are some for consideration: some are classic, some are new, and some are just plain wonderful books for discussion.I hope that in the quest for the perfect gift for all on your holiday list, each of you were able to find a book or two that peaked your own interest as well. The entire list is online and worth saving for reference. I wish all of you a happy holiday, and after the gifts are all opened, the laughter subsides, the friends and family are fed and heading home, perhaps you will put on your slippers, sit by the fire, curl up and open your book! Good Cheer!!
