Lifts scheduled to open Friday include Madden, Ellis and Quail triple chairs which will offer summit-to-base skiing and snowboarding.In addition to opening more terrain, Homewood will move from weekend operations to daily skiing and snowboarding. andamp;#8220;The recent snowfall, which totaled more than 3 feet at upper elevations, has prepared Homewood to offer access to some of the mountainandamp;#8217;s most prized trails,andamp;#8221; said Kent Hoopingarner, general manager of Homewood Mountain Resort. andamp;#8220;Weandamp;#8217;re very pleased to offer the additional terrain to our guests on a daily basis.andamp;#8221;The opening of the upper mountain will offer skiing and snowboarding on some of Homewoodandamp;#8217;s signature trails: Rainbow Ridge, Sunnyside, Prospector, Zariandamp;#8217;s and Homeward Bound. Also, Homewoodandamp;#8217;s beginner area near the North Lodge base area will open.
