InnerRhythms junior dance company auditions announced

TAHOE/TRUCKEE, Calif. and#8212; InnerRhythms Dance Studio announces upcoming auditions for two junior dance companies on Monday, Aug. 20, 5 p.m.

The main purpose for the junior performance companies is to provide young dancers with the opportunity to perform in the community while gaining the experience of being part of a team. The goal is to challenge each student in dance while cultivating life skills such as focus, commitment, respect for others, the rewards of hard work, and a life-long love for the art of dance.

ParaDiddle is a group designed especially for students who are somewhat new to dance or performing. This is a great opportunity to and#8220;get your feet wetand#8221; in a dance team environment. Pulse is the intermediate-level troupe for dancers with more performance experience. This program is designed to provide an opportunity for dancers who are passionate about their craft and ready to take it to the next level.



Auditions will be held for both groups (ParaDiddle and Pulse) on Monday, Aug. 20, 5 p.m. at InnerRhythms Dance Studio located at 12047 Donner Pass Road, Ste. B7, in Truckee. Please bring ballet and jazz shoes. The audition will run as a class where students will warm up, move across the floor and learn a short piece of choreography.
