CARNELIAN BAY, Calif. and#8212; His father lived to be 97. Mike Caesar, who celebrated his birthday at the Old Post Office Cafe in Carnelian Bay with family, friends, a screwdriver straight up, breakfast and a birthday cake May 18 topped it by five years. He’s 102. Caesar said to his niece Susan DeCesare before the party, and#8220;Now I’m going for another 10.and#8221;
