North Tahoe Family Resource Center and Tahoe SAFE Alliance collaborate

TAHOE, Calif. and#8212; Collaboration is key to a nonprofitand#8217;s success in a small community. Local nonprofits find partner organizations to maximize resources to provide quality services to the community.

Tahoe SAFE Alliance moved its Kings Beach office to the North Tahoe Family Resource Center to provide a and#8220;one-stop shopand#8221; for community members at the and#8220;Community House,and#8221; 8321 Steelhead Ave., Kings Beach. Itand#8217;s not just about sharing space, but also working together to provide comprehensive services.

In addition to the Kings Beach collaboration, Tahoe SAFE Alliance and North Tahoe Family Resource Center have expanded to a new location in Tahoe City at the Rideout Community Center, 740 Timberland Lane. Both organizations would like to ensure services are easier to access for residents of the west shore and Tahoe City.
