Parent Project Parenting Series begins in Truckee

TRUCKEE, Calif. and#8212; Family Resource Center of Truckee, next to KidZone Museum, Truckee, Dec. 1 start date. This 10-week research-based parenting series for parents of children ages 11-18 will provide parents with education and skills to reduce family conflict; improve school performance; prevent and intervene in alcohol or drug use and motivate and communicate with their teens. They will find answers, learn solutions and receive emotional and practical support to create a family action plan and experience success. The tuition is $150 per family.
