A good horse inspires trust and respect for even the timid rider. The trail horses are safe, reliable, and responsive. Not only does Piping Rock have all kinds of horses from ponies to Irish sport horses, there are baby animals of all sorts for the little ones to pet. You can even feed Midnight, the baby calf, or take goats Barbie and Cue for a walk.

To ensure everyone is comfortable in the saddle, all rides start with an orientation with an experienced guide and often the Western trainer. With three outdoor arenas and one covered arena, there is a safe place to build confidence before heading out on trail.
All rides are private and must be scheduled in advance either online or over the phone. Riders must be at least 8-years-old. For younger riders, Piping Rock offers lead line lessons. Piping Rock Equestrian Center encourages you to put a horse in your future and a carrot in your pocket.
