Placer supervisor hosts coffee in Tahoe

Placer County Supervisor Bruce Kranz will hold the first of a planned series of monthly coffee klatches with constituents in North Lake Tahoe on Thursday.

The informal meeting will last from 8 to 9:30 a.m. at Gar Woods in Carnelian Bay.

There is no set agenda and attendees can discuss whatever Placer County issues they find of interest.

Kranz will host similar gatherings at Gar Woods on the last Thursday of every month to hear from residents about what’s going on in their neighborhoods and how they feel about county issues. Kranz represents the 5th District, which stretches from north Auburn to the Nevada state line at Lake Tahoe.

For more information about Thursday’s meeting, call 889-4010.
