The following police reports are collected from Truckee Police Department and Nevada County Sheriff’s Office reports from Dec. 9 to Dec. 12Dec. 9• At 1 a.m. on Glenshire Drive a driver was stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon contact, an odor of alcohol was emitting from the vehicle. The driver was arrested for suspected DUI.• At 2:15 p.m. on Interstate 80 at Stateline a vehicle was stopped by CHP for reckless driving, and the driver was arrested.• At 9:30 p.m. on Highway 89 South a suspect was found passed out in the passenger seat of his truck with the widows rolled down. The subject was arrested on suspicion of public drunkenness.Dec. 10• At midnight on Donner Pass Road officers responded to a fight at a local bar. Officers found several subjects in and out of the bar, all of which were heavily intoxicated and generally arguing and yelling. The bar was closed and one subject was arrested on suspicion of public drunkenness.• At 2:40 a.m. on Parsenn Road officers conducted a traffic stop and suspected the vehicle’s driver to be driving under the influence. The driver was arrested.• At 8:30 p.m. on Donner Pass Road a student was detained by school officials and an officer who determined the student to be under the influence of alcohol. The juvenile was released to the custody of his parent.• At 9:45 p.m. on Coldstream Road a vehicle was stopped for an observed vehicle code violation. Upon contact, the driver was found to be without a driver’s license. He was cited for being unlicensed and the vehicle was towed. Two juvenile occupants in the car were provided transportation and released to their parents. Dec. 11 • At 1:15 a.m. on Brockway Road an officer responded to a report of a drunken person near 7-11. The subject was contacted and arrested for suspected public intoxication.• At 1:45 a.m. on Donner Pass Road there was a report of a hit and run with property damage on private property.• At 11:30 p.m. on Jeffery Pine a driver was stopped for an observed vehicle code violation. Upon contact the driver was arrested for suspected driving under the influence and booked in to jail without further incident.Dec. 12• At 9:15 a.m. dispatchers received reports of a person walking down Northwoods Boulevard, stumbling and bleeding from the face. The person was taken to Tahoe Forest Hospital where it was determined the patient had a history of seizures. No crime was found to be committed. • At 12:30 p.m. on Donner Pass Road a known suspect brought a controlled substance to school with the intent to furnish. The subject was taken into custody and subsequently released to a parent. • At 3:30 p.m. on Donner Pass Road officers responded to a male and female juvenile fighting in the street. The male was suspected of being very intoxicated and was arrested for suspected public intoxication and booked into juvenile hall.
