Exercise Classes

Re-Fit Beginner Program: Join this beginner exercise program and exercise in a small, safe group setting. Meets Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7 a.m. for six weeks.

Boot Camp Intermediate Program: Guaranteed to shake up your workout routines. Fitness testing, weekly weigh-ins and food logs will help you reach your goals. Meets Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6 p.m. for six weeks.



Kettle Bell Advanced Program: Work the entire body using core stabilization, flexion and extension and rotation across various planes using the Russian Kettle Bell. Meets Tuesdays and Thursdays at noon for six weeks.

Wednesday, Nov. 4 6 p.m. Jeff Schloss, Sugar Bowl Academy and Far West Nordic Junior and Senior Coach, will cover the following topics in this free lecture:

and#8226; Nutrition and XC ski performance – practical tips and tricks

and#8226; Classic and skating styles reinforce each other; review classic and skating equipment, including waxable classic skis

and#8226; Where do you get the biggest bang for your money; skis with the right flex? wax? technique?

and#8226; Race events in the area, race formats, distances, courses, etc.
