TAHOE CITY, Calif. – Showcase your business to new and returning customers at the North Lake Tahoe Chamber/CVB/Resort Association’s 2012 Winter Expo Thursday, Nov. 15, 4-8 p.m., at The Olympic Valley Lodge, 1909 Chamonix Place in Olympic Valley. Registration deadline is Nov. 2.

The benefits of exhibiting at the 2012 Winter Expo are many and include marketing and advertising opportunities in all mediums, as well as the opportunity to meet hundreds of potential customers face-to-face so they may experience your product or service firsthand. Exhibitors will also be able to answer questions, overcome objections and close the sale on the spot. This event is geared to highlight all of the activities, gear and services available in North Lake Tahoe for the winter season.

The expo offers free admission and parking for attendees and is a networking opportunity. New to this annual event is a Winter Fashion Show. There will also be exceptional food and door prizes. According to the North Lake Tahoe Chamber/CVB/Resort Association, 50 exhibitors are expected.

Winter Expo Promotional Packages are $1,000 for the Media Blitz, $650 for the Marketing Savvy and $400 for the Get Noticed Package. Booth Only Rates are $300 for an exterior booth, $250 for an interior booth and $199 for a nonprofit booth. Registration fees include 6-foot table, two chairs, table linen and skirting and signage.

The Media Blitz Package includes large advertisement in the Sierra Sun and North Lake Tahoe Bonanza the week of the event along with a business listing, advertisement on TahoeTV and TahoeTopia channels that will run six times an hour right before the winter expo advertisement, interview by TahoeTV and TahoeTopia at the event, interview before the event by K-TAHOE radio, e-blast to members inviting them to your booth, special mention on the North Lake Tahoe Chamber/CVB/Resort Association social media sites, tweets to members, featured as a Member in the News in the Biz Bytes newsletter with logo linked to your website, company named listed in the event press materials, large logo on the back of the booth information and map page, logo on the event website, signature inside the expo and outside in the hallway entrance, as well as having your collateral highlighted at the new Tahoe Visitor Information Center in Tahoe City for one full month.

The Marketing Savvy Package includes large advertisement in the Sierra Sun and North Lake Tahoe Bonanza the week of the event along with a business listing, interview by TahoeTV, shared advertisement on TahoeTV and TahoeTopia channels that will run six times an hour right before the winter expo advertisement, e-blast to members inviting them to your booth, special mention on the North Lake Tahoe Chamber/CVB/Resort Association social media sites, mention with logo linked to your website in the Biz Bytes newsletter, logo on the back of the booth information and map page, logo on the event website and signature inside the expo.

The Get Noticed Package includes enhanced business listing in the Sierra Sun and North Lake Tahoe Bonanza, special mention on the North Lake Tahoe Chamber/CVB/Resort Association social media sites, company name listed and linked to your website in the Biz Bytes newsletter, logo on the back of the booth information and map page and logo on the event website.
