‘Resurfacing’ went well

Stacie Creps

To the editor:

First, a very sincere thank you to the Prosser Creek Charter School for hosting the “ReSurfacing” workshop on Jan. 20-21.

“ReSurfacing” is an exploration of ones own attention and beliefs and how they affect your experience.

There were 23 students, 9 of whom were teenagers.

Here are a few comments from participants:

“I now spend more time thinking about what I’m going to do before I do it.”

“I can accept a problem and try to deal with it other than to stress out.”

“This class has shown me sides and parts of myself that I have never seen before.”

“I now have a simple and effective way to design and create my own reality.”

We will be doing more ReSurfacing soon. Call 550-9506 for information.
