Social Scene Welcome I Wagon rolls out for North Lake Tahoe Resort Association CEO/Executive Director Sandy Evans Hall

TAHOE/TRUCKEE, Calif. and#8212; In addition to looking out her office window at Lake Tahoe, new North Lake Tahoe Resort Association CEO and Executive Director Sandy Evans Hall can now look at a beautiful framed replica of the lake on her office wall, and also gaze down at a beautiful Lake Tahoe pendant necklace around her neck. The latter two items were given to her as gifts at a welcome party Friday, June 24 that Squaw Valley CEO and President Andy Wirth hosted for her at the Olympic Village Lodge. About 100 guests enjoyed wine, refreshments, and hors dand#8217;oeuvres on the deck beneath a breathtaking summer backdrop of Squaw Valleyand#8217;s excessively snow-laden mountains.

Guests were ushered inside after a while for a special surprise video presentation produced by Eric Brandt of Tahoe TV in which stalwart denizens of the local community warmly welcomed Sandy to the North Tahoe area. Then host Andy Wirth, a good buddy of Sandyand#8217;s from their previous time working in Steamboat Springs, presented her with an exceptional handcrafted thin layered veneer topographic map of Lake Tahoe and a beautiful Lake Tahoe pendant necklace adorned with a small emerald for Emerald Bay. The reception was a warm and touching gesture that did not go unappreciated by Sandy. and#8220;I was blown away by the welcoming feelings of everyone there and in the video presentation. I am so ready and excited to put my heart and soul into Tahoe and work through issues to make this whole region a better place for everyone to live, work, and play in,and#8221; said Hall.
