Spring dates for 2010 Skiing For Schools

Ski or ride for only $25 when you pre-purchase Skiing for Schools discounted lift tickets at participating resorts.

Sunday, April 11, Squaw Valley USA: Skiing for Schools Day. Special, pre-purchased lift tickets are only $25 per person. Limited quantity of tickets available the week prior on a first come, first serve basis at Porters locations (Truckee, Tahoe City).

Sunday, April 18, Alpine Meadows Community Benefit Day: A special, $25 lift ticket will be available at Alpine ticket booths this day. A portion of the proceeds will benefit Excellence in Education. Call Alpine, 583-4232 for details.

The Tahoe Truckee Excellence in Education Foundation is a private, nonprofit corporation that supports quality education within the Tahoe Truckee Unified School District. Each year the Foundation raises money and provides grants, resources and partnerships to benefit students, teachers and the educational community as a whole.
