Tahoe City Wine Walk flagship event for Heart and Solstice Festival

TAHOE CITY, Calif. and#8212; Discover the wines of the Sierra and the many undiscovered secrets of downtown Tahoe City at the fifth Tahoe City Wine Walk, Saturday, June 19, noon-4 p.m. In its fifth year, Tahoe City Wine Walk is bigger and better than ever! Stroll downtown Tahoe City to 30 tasting locations while visiting unique retail shops and businesses. Thereand#8217;ll be live music at four spots, and something for every taste.

Thereand#8217;s even a and#8220;milk barand#8221; and music for children. Child care is available for parents who would like to drop off their children before they stroll!

This yearand#8217;s event is produced by the partnership of local marketing/PR firms SDBX Studios and Wild West Communications Group to benefit the Tahoe City Downtown Association (TCDA). Tahoe City Wine Walk is the flag-ship event of TCDAand#8217;s five-day Annual Tahoe City Heart and Solstice Festival. This yearand#8217;s festival includes an Antique Car Show on Wednesday, June 16, the Farmersand#8217; Market on Thursday, June 17, a premiere performance of and#8220;One Night Only,and#8221; a mixed-media theatrical performance on Commons Beach, Saturday morning is Paddle Fest, Wine Walk in the afternoon. Then on Sunday, the kick-off of the summer music season with the opening of the very popular Concerts at Commons Beach.



Tickets for Tahoe City Wine Walk are $25 in advance and $35 day of the event. Your ticket gets you a commemorative wine glass, and#8220;gift bagand#8221; containing items from sponsors and into a raffle for fun prizes.

The Grand Prize is two-nights-for-two mini vacation at North Lake Tahoe including meals and activity passes. To be eligible complete the Wine Walk with 20 location visits.
