Tahoe Expedition Academy to celebrate learning with events Feb. 2, 8 and 15

KINGS BEACH, Calif. and#8212; An academic celebration involves all of the Tahoe Expedition Academy students and is open to the community, at the Celebration of Learning, Feb. 2, 6-7:30 p.m. It will serve to showcase the academic work students have produced over the course of the first semester and allow students to present their work to a captive audience and#8212; you. Please plan on joining this exciting opportunity to see what the students can do at the 8651 Speckled Ave., Kings Beach campus.

Open house

A great opportunity to learn more about Tahoe Expedition for your student. See what the buzz is about at Open House, 6-7:30 p.m., pre-kindergarten Feb. 8; kindergarten through eighth grade Feb. 15. At Tahoe Expedition Academy rigorous academics, character development and outdoor adventure are the cornerstones of each childand#8217;s education. Their academic community pursues the highest ideals of scholarship and exceptional teachers challenge students intellectually in science, history, mathematics, English, foreign language and the arts.



Character building is integrated into school each day and serves as the foundation for academic, personal and social achievement. By developing the traits of courage, respect, community, discovery and craftsmanship each child matures as a person and a citizen.
