Tahoe Forest Health System now offers online billing
TAHOE/TRUCKEE, Calif. and#8212; Existing or past patients at Tahoe Forest Hospital, Incline Village Community Hospital and TFH Multi-specialty Clinics can now pay bills online 24 hours a day, seven days a week at http://www.tfhd.com. The new online billing meets patientsand#8217; demands to more easily manage their health care services.
Tahoe Forest Health Systemand#8217;s new online billing sites were implemented to make patientsand#8217; billing processes more accessible. Patients will have immediate access to a user-friendly website, housing an up-to-date summary of their account and useful resources to quickly answer billing questions. The site was designed with convenience in mind for viewing, managing and paying bills.
Patients can also submit payments at The Tahoe Forest Hospital Billing Office newly located at 12047 Donner Pass Road, Suite A1 (in the former Factory Outlet Mall on the north side of Interstate 80).
The Patient Financial Services Department, located in the Tahoe Forest Billing Office, assists patients in resolving billing and payment issues. The office is open Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m.-4 p.m. Billing assistance is available via walk-ins or by phone at 530-582-3598.
The billing office also offers patient account representatives who are available to explain billing statements and answer questions. Tahoe Forest Hospital financial counselors are located within the hospital. Counselors provide information about financial assistance programs. They are available Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m.-4 p.m. Inpatient representatives can be reached at 530-582-6215; outpatient representatives can be reached at 530-582-6256.
