Tahoe League for Charity to hold annual English Tea, RSVP today
TAHOE/TRUCKEE, Calif. and#8212; The Tahoe League for Charity will hold their Annual English Tea Monday Sept. 12, 3 p.m. at the home of Darlene Rempfer, 5019 California St., Carnelian Bay. Be sure to wear your best and#8220;Mad Hatterand#8221; hat; it could be a winner. Bring your own tea service consisting of a tea cup, plate, fork and spoon. The cost is $25 per person. Reserve your spot by Sept. 6 via Carole Eichhorn at 530-546-5650 or MaryEllen Vogt at 530-587-8137. Guests are welcome.
Tahoe League for Charity is a nonprofit organization whose primary focus is to benefit the local communities of North Lake Tahoe and Truckee by providing scholarships to local high school students and grants to other local nonprofit organizations.
