TAHOE CITY, Calif. and#8212; This year, Sexual Assault Awareness Month (April) will focus on the power of bystanders and what can be done to prevent sexual violence. Tahoe Womenand#8217;s Services presents Take Back the Night: The Art of Empowerment. They will be partnering with the local art community to share an evening of poetry, artwork, awareness, and support at Fat Cat Deli in Tahoe City, Calif. April 27, 6-8 p.m. Keep an eye out for TWS tables at community events throughout the month and#8212; buy raffle tickets to support a vision for a violence free community.
