Offered four times a week, this hour and a half class allows you to take your practice off the mat and onto Tahoeand#8217;s famed blue waters. After class is over, keep your board to paddle around the lake on your own for half an hour.

On Mondays and Fridays, students can also take yin-yang yoga, which focuses on balance, before the SUP class as a warm up. For students who want more studio time, all SUP classes are followed by either power vinyasa, hot yoga, or yoga sculpt classes.
