TRUCKEE, Calif. andamp;#8212; Standard andamp; Poorandamp;#8217;s Rating Services just raised its rating to andamp;#8216;Aandamp;#8217; from andamp;#8216;A-andamp;#8217; for the Truckee Donner Recreation andamp; Park District .Their change in rating was based on their view of the districtandamp;#8217;s maintenance of very strong reserve levels despite recessionary revenue pressure.andamp;#8220;Despite the decline in property tax revenue, the Districtandamp;#8217;s finances have been stable and general fund reserves remain very strong in our view,andamp;#8221; said Standard andamp; Poorandamp;#8217;s Ratings Direct.The Truckee Donner Recreation andamp; Park District covers a 220-square mile area, including the Town of Truckee.
