TD Recreation & Park District receives A rating
TRUCKEE, Calif. – Standard & Poor’s Rating Services just raised its rating to ‘A’ from ‘A-‘ for the Truckee Donner Recreation & Park District .Their change in rating was based on their view of the district’s maintenance of very strong reserve levels despite recessionary revenue pressure.”Despite the decline in property tax revenue, the District’s finances have been stable and general fund reserves remain very strong in our view,” said Standard & Poor’s Ratings Direct.The Truckee Donner Recreation & Park District covers a 220-square mile area, including the Town of Truckee.
