LW: We share in activities. Maybe Mrs. Verutti will read the students a book, and then they can come to me and work on a related computer program.
DV: Grants are available for multi-media, and it’s really the new thing. Accelerated readers can take reading tests on the computers. The computers have become so important ” my whole library system is now automated.
LW: They can read a book and come in here to take the test. And when they are writing reports they can come in here to use the Internet and go right into the library for other resources.
DV: New computers would be great; it’s been five years. There are more library and computer services now than when we started, but we could also add accelerated math programs.
Yes. I start with the first grade. They love the program we have. They use correct hand position, and I have just been amazed at their progress.
