TRUCKEE, Calif. andamp;#8212; The Black Tie andamp; Tails gala at the Ritz-Carlton Highlands, Lake Tahoe is a champagne celebration to our andamp;#8220;best friends.andamp;#8221; The Humane Society of Truckee-Tahoe (HSTT) invites you and your pooch to join the third annual gala Feb. 19, 2011.Support the Humane Society of Truckee-Tahoe while enjoying a black-tie evening of dinner, dancing and entertainment. Hot Buttered Rum will provide the live music.
